The Refuge will provide charter bus service between the hotel to the campus daily and to the airport on Sunday after the conclusion of the training. Therefore, a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is recommended. To ride the bus, be on the bus which will be parked by the entry no later than 7:45 on Wednesday morning.

Recommended airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Directions from airport to hotel:  http://bit.ly/2cpD0XR

Note: Hotel is approximately 61 miles from airport – allow ample time when scheduling flights.

From Orlando MCO Airport:

Village Airport Van:  https://www.villageairportvan.com/ . They run shuttles 24 hours a day door to door from the Airport to your location for $35. Now you may have a few stops, but it is by far the cheapest way to get to the hotel directly.

Another option that goes from the airport to The Villages is http://www.thevillagestransportation.net/ . They will take you to a different village square about 5 miles away and you can arrange one of their taxis to the hotel for another $10. This may be a shorter option for just $10 more, but they need to book the taxi portion when they book the shuttle ride. This is an easy option even though it may sound complicated. The Refuge uses this option often.
